Unfortunately, I have been experiencing chronic sinusitis since recovering from Covid in November 2022.
It has been a challenge for me.
The sinusitis tends to flare up intermittently, but this morning was particularly unpleasant with a constant runny nose and dripping sinuses.

Thanks to Dr. Berg’s YouTube videos, I’ve completely overhauled my diet and now follow a healthy Keto eating plan, with two meals per day.
I used to eat just once a day, but I’ve found it easier to consume the necessary veggies and greens for optimal nutrition with two meals (no snacking) with 17 hours of intermittent fasting overnight.
Although this is primarily a spiritual blog, I view the mind, body, and spirit as interconnected components of our overall health.
Nourishing our bodies with healthy food can have a positive impact on our spiritual growth by cultivating a sense of vitality and resilience.
For breakfast this morning, I enjoyed a meal consisting of four strips of microwave-cooked bacon, two bites of sour kraut and kimchi for their probiotics, and a handful of fresh broccoli sprouts that I sprout myself using a mason jar kit from Amazon.
I also had three chicken drumsticks marinated in Primal Kitchen (no diary) Buffalo Sauce with Avocado Oil and cooked on the stove in a blend of unrefined coconut oil and olive oil.
To drink, I had two cups of organic decaffeinated coffee with a small amount of unsweetened almond milk, as well as two cups of Mormon tea that I boiled on the stove and strained, with a touch of unsweetened almond milk.
At 11:30 am, my runny nose subsided, thanks in part to drinking Mormon Tea, which I’ve found to be helpful in managing allergies and chronic sinus or respiratory issues.
Sensing Negative Energy: My Experience with Dark Forces and How to Cope
The two German Shepherd dogs that live next door are left alone in the backyard all day while their owner is at work.
While they are sweet dogs, they seem to have abandonment issues.
I have noticed that they may be affected by the negative energy that comes from their owner, and I can sense that a dark force is attached to them, feeding off their misery.
I think this dark force energy splits itself and is with the owner at her work and in the backyard simultaneously feeding off the dogs misery.
I have intuition that this negative energy splits itself, remaining with the owner while she’s at work and also lingering in the backyard to feed off the dogs’ misery.
About six months ago, when the owner first brought the dogs home, I said a prayer for the Seraphim Angel Healing Team to cleanse and purify her property so that the dogs could be better protected from negative energy.
I have noticed a significant improvement in the energy since then, though there are still remnants of the dark force present.
According to the Seraphim Angel Healing Team, these remnants cannot be fully removed without the owner herself saying a prayer for the removal of her own dark force energy attachments to be cleared.
It is not uncommon for individuals to overlook the dark negative energy that can linger around them, sapping their energy and affecting their overall sense of well-being.
According to my higher self, a member of the Seraphim Angel Healing Team, my inner sensory perception is gradually becoming more sensitive with each passing year until the time comes for us to depart from this world.
When I’m bike riding I can sense which houses are more dark force infiltrated or haunted.
While I’m cycling, I can pick up on the energy of houses that are either haunted or have a strong negative presence.
Unfortunately, I haven’t been able to go cycling for over a week now due to this recurring issue with my sinuses.
As soon as I park my bike in the garage and walk inside, the Seraphim Angel Healing Team starts cleansing me of any dark energies that may have tried to interfere with me during my ride.
I find it difficult to comprehend how individuals cope with the incessant presence of negative energy that seeks to drain them.
As someone who is highly attuned to such energies, I can sense their impact almost immediately – it’s akin to being constantly pestered, usually affecting my lower chakras, but occasionally, even my crown chakra.”
Valentine’s Day Celebrations: A Day with My Twin Flame
Yesterday, Jer and I had a wonderful Valentine’s Day celebration.
He surprised me with beautiful flowers and other generous gifts, which made the day even more special.
I feel so lucky to have my twinflame in my life for the past 7 years!
Jer and I decided to take a quick break and bask in the much-needed sunshine while the weather is dry today. It was truly refreshing and rejuvenating.
Today, we experienced minimal interference from dark forces while walking today.
I’ve observed that when we raise our energy levels and radiate positive joy, they are unable to disrupt our frequency as much. However, this isn’t foolproof either.
As we passed by the mailman, we both felt the presence of two dark force entities around him.
As said earlier, it’s not unusual as many people have them around without realizing it.
Cycling and Sensory Perception: Picking Up on Haunted Houses and Negative Energy
Today, as we walked by a burnt-down house that had been destroyed around six months ago, we couldn’t help but wonder if it was occupied by a drug addict.
Despite being located in a safe neighborhood, with two schools in close proximity, we sensed a dark energy around the house.
We believe that the primary force behind the destruction was an entity attached to the drug addict, who carried with them destructive energy.
Although we don’t think the house is currently haunted, there may be remnants of this energy left behind.
In the event that the house is rebuilt, we anticipate that any new owners may be susceptible to dark energy implants or seeds from this entity, even though its main source resides with the person who caused the fire.
A couple of weeks ago, Jer mentioned that he had a feeling that something negative might hit the world in the fall of 2023, perhaps another catalytic event, but not the “big one” yet.
There seems to be a lot of political activity happening behind the scenes, and if we only knew the full extent of what was going on, it’s possible that many of us would have trouble sleeping at night.
I plan to continue writing blog posts, with the hope of doing so on a daily basis.
My intention is to document some of the things that we intuitively sense and feel happening in our surroundings and in the world.
Although my posts have a journal style, I am currently working on optimizing them for SEO.
It can be a bit challenging, but I need to identify the most relevant keywords after writing the post in order to fully optimize it.
