How Has the Covid Era Impacted Individuals?

 

The Covid era has impacted each of us in unique ways, and while there may be division, there is also an opportunity for hope, love, and peace to thrive in our hearts.

Even amidst the sadness that we see in the world, hope persists.

If you feel like you can’t carry on, your higher self may be nudging you to look beyond your current circumstances, for there may be a miracle just around the corner waiting to unfold.

Like a seedling that germinates in the dark, a little light and water can nurture it into a mighty tree.

Similarly, small steps can help you strengthen different areas of your life.

What parts of your life do you want to grow and develop?

Despite waking up to a stuffy, sneezy, and runny nose again, I see a glimmer of hope that signals the worst may soon be over.

While I may appear sad in today’s Snapchat photos, my higher self is channeling positive energy into the world.

As an empathic person, I often feel the world’s sadness during holidays, yet this can be a source of inspiration to spread more light to others by overcoming my own suffering.

Rather than giving up, I choose to grow toward the light. It’s okay to have different beliefs than others, as each person is trying to cope with their own pain in their own way.

At times, we may need to retreat and cocoon ourselves in order to heal and rejuvenate.

For me, this meant taking two years to focus on my own well-being after Covid hit the world.

Having already gone through some of the worst grief in my life, I feel better equipped to handle the minor health issues and daily annoyances that arise.

Although life can seem like a long journey, I’m grateful that I was able to confront and overcome painful experiences earlier in life.

This has shaped me into the person I am today.

 

What Are the Benefits of Nurturing Different Areas of Your Life?

 

It’s the tiny joys in life that I try to focus on now. I’m getting ready to grow microgreens again in our kitchen.

This is already bringing me added joy to grow nutritious greens for added nutrients.

I get to feel like I’m doing something productive daily that is contributing to my health.

This time around growing microgreens is different since I started consuming more balanced sources of protein and healthy fats.

When I followed a vegan diet, I experienced low blood volume, resulting in fatigue and PMS.

However, since incorporating meat into my diet, my overall blood health has improved.

I followed a vegan diet on and off for over 20 years, but it wasn’t suitable for me as I also lacked certain amino acids necessary for strong kidney cellular walls.

Since becoming a meat eater again, my kidneys have regained their strength and I’m getting closer to the right balance for my body’s constitution to be healthy.

 

What Are the Benefits of Nutritional Yeast?

 

Nutritional yeast is beneficial in its non-fortified form as it is a natural source of various vitamins and minerals, including B vitamins, protein, and trace minerals such as zinc and selenium.

It is also a good source of fiber and contains all the essential amino acids.

Unlike fortified nutritional yeast, which has synthetic vitamins added to it, non-fortified nutritional yeast is not processed and is therefore a more natural and whole food source of nutrients.

During my first meal yesterday, I consumed an excessive amount of meat which led to discomfort in the form of pain on the right side of my shoulder and neck.

Instead, try meditating to quiet the mind and connect with your higher self.

Through a relaxed state induced by meditation music, guided meditation, or white noise, your inner wisdom can rise to the surface.

The Angels and your higher self can speak to you more clearly when your mind is calm.

By relaxing both your body and mind, you can promote healing.

Ask your higher self to show you the reasons behind the events in your life, and you may gain a deeper understanding and insights into the lessons you were meant to learn.
