Emotions and feelings of pain I felt before my Archangel Crystal Light healing session today
- Sadness
- Remorse
- Hopelessness
- Regret
- Pain from the past coming up again
- Not feeling understood
- Confusion
- Not motivated
What I was shown and learned during my Archangel Crystal Light session from the Seraphim Angel Healing Team
- If our heart is feeling heavy there is usually a darker type energetic grid or programming in our heart chakras.
- The Seraphim Angel Healing Team removed old robotic type stuck programming in my heart chakra from a previous love relationship where I tried to take on the other’s pain to heal them.
- I actually saw a false, little microscopic robotic little man in my heart that would tell me lies, like a little robotic figure that was programmed to loop a false program of hope throughout my heart, always leading to disappointment.
- The Seraphim Angel Healing Team showed me that trying to take on someone else’s pain does not free them from that pain, but only burdens our light body with darker type programming that is not good for us.
- There’s usually a program that runs inside this robotic type darker energy that has a “looping effect” that continues to cause us pain and sadness. This sadness is often connected to the other person where we tried to take on their pain to heal them.
- The negative message that was running in this program was, “Sacrificing your needs and forsaking the self is the way to be like Christ and heal the world.”
- This program was not of the light, it only causes death and depletion for the sake of feeding the darkness. This program was not of divine light.
- Darkness that is upon this earth holds within it robotic type programming that is not the divine truth of love, light and freedom. The earth holds this programming from long ago and has yet to be cleared out from it.
- This old programming that is not of the light infiltrates our light body in ways where we think we are going nuts, but that is not the case, what is truly happening is that stuff got seeded in us from various traumas we have had on earth and is held within our light bodies like a magnet. When these old programmed structures like things or seeds are triggered they activate and then have a “negative looping effect”.
- Taking on other’s pain sometimes means taking on programs or old pain grids of theirs that have a very negative effect upon us. These old pain grids we take on from others hold a very high price for us, in some cases early death if these programs are not lifted up and out of the light body by a higher light team of specialists on the other side that know what they are doing.
- This program had been causing me to go into mild to deep sadness every time the other person would “remorse or reminisce” about me, which did not help them or me because it held a looping effect of “illusion and pain”.
- The old adage “the truth will set you free” is true. The truth that this was not my pain set me free the second it was lifted up and out of my heart chakra by the Seraphim Angel Healing Team, which took about 1 hour total.
What healing took place inside my light body by the Seraphim Angel Healing Team today
- Once the darker grid, robotic like programming was removed from my heart chakra this amazing golden divine light was brought into my heart chakra.
- This golden divine light was divinity herself and this divinely encoded light held within it the seeds of creation herself.
- The message inside this light was full of never ending wisdom, longevity and unconditional love.
- The golden divine light of wisdom that was brought in and placed inside of my heart chakra continue to expand with ever flowing light particles of the sweetest love energy I’ve ever felt, like a continuous expanding universe that always is and always will be, never ending and never beginning.
- The sweet relief I feel puts a smile on my face.
- I feel comforted with this blossoming golden wisdom universe within my heart.
My golden nugget take-aways
- Divine Mother is alive within each of us
- When the darkness is lifted up and out, the wisdom of Divine Mother herself can be brought in to replace the sadness, pain, remorse, regret and loneliness
- Do not blame myself when I lower emotions take over me, do a session right away so the Seraphim Angel Healing Team can work on me.
- I need to remember I do not need to “loop the darkness or negative programming”, for none of that holds Divine Light, God’s Light within it. It is a lie to think that it does.
- You are not your programming, although the darker energies on earth want us to believe we are since they need our light to exist in this dimension.
- All the lower emotions serve a Divine purpose – to show us to ask for more light and ask for all the old false programming to be removed – herein lies the secrets to the first steps of reaching higher states of consciousness with the least amount of effort on our part.
Feelings after my Archangel Crystal Light Healing Session today
- Pure happiness
- Contentment
- Calmness and peace have come over me
- Clarity and a sweet sense of my next steps to take with ease and grace
- Ahhhh… relief exists

What brings you the most peace is releasing this old programming that gets stuck in your light bodies from your many journeys here upon the earth. Your time has come with more availability for you to release the old programming that is not the light of you, once and for all. You have come here to embody the truth in the highest form possible. Many of you think, that you must release the “old you” in order to become the “new you”. We offer you this today… there is no “old you”, only old programming that was never you. You are not your programming that has inhaled you with false beliefs. You are not the stuckness that prevails upon this planet. The light of you knows this. You are indeed a messenger of the light. That which you seek is the truth and the truth shall set you free.”
