To be brief, an empath is someone who feels what other people are feeling.  This means that you are getting an idea for how others feel most of the time, not just some of the time.  Being an empath means you were born with the ability to feel or sense someone’s aura or energy field and know how they feel and experience their life on an intimate level.

On a more positive note you are usually excellent at relating to others.  The downside is you may not always know what is “their stuff” (aches, pains, emotions) and what’s yours.
