Fear Of The Future – Anxiety
Intention
Share my Archangel Crystal Light healing session experiences on this blog so that what goes on energetically inside our light bodies (auric field) which causes us pain can be more understood on a conscious level.
Various emotions and feelings of pain I felt before my Archangel Crystal Light healing session
- Disappointment
- Fear of not getting it right
- Overly sensitive
- Lots of anxiety
- Feeling like this world is elusive and things are changing ultra-fast
- Feeling a sense of loss
What healing took place inside my light body by the Seraphim Angel Healing Team
- Peace, healing and soothing frequencies were brought in to calm my nervous system
- Removal of stress frequencies happened within my light body and energy systems
- Old trauma grids removed from past life and early in my childhood regarding fear of abandonment and fear of catastrophe
- Dark energetic frequencies removed that were hanging around the outside of my auric field from going to the grocery store this morning
- Dark seed small implant removal happened in my nostril area that had been triggered by empathically absorbing the world’s fear this week
- Darker frequency grids regarding trust removed and cleared (this is where the dark was trying to get me to have more distrust)
- These darker mistrust grids were removed and cleared on a deeper level so that I can now move forward with courage and trust
- Empathic pain was removed from within my heart chakra and energy bodies that I had absorbed from others and the world at large
- Old patterning cleared regarding fear of not getting it right
- Higher purpose, Divine Light coded blueprints were brought in to help me have a much smoother road ahead
- Stress and old trauma grid cleared from my third eye area so I can see and know what I’m capable of creating, being, doing and having
- Shockwave frequencies removed from my throat chakra
- Divine healing frequencies placed in my throat chakra to assist in healing others, my loved ones and all who I communicate with
- Rough, dark force frequencies removed from the left side of my auric field from driving by our neighbor’s house today on the way to the store. The neighbor’s dark beings that hang out on their property affected the left side of my auric field slightly. That dark energy on the left side of my auric field was removed, cleared, and replaced with Divine healing frequencies of protection.
- Tiny, dark fear-seeded implants… very small, almost spec-like… like specs of dark seeds removed throughout my energy bodies that got triggered from the recent Coronavirus events. Those darker seeds were removed so I can see clearly that I’m capable of creating all that I want including more abundance, love, peace, and harmony.
- The wounded 3D part of myself received higher blueprints and instructions from my higher self as to what my purpose is and why things needed to happen as they did in my life.
- The wounded 3D part of myself received soothing balms of golden light healing… recuperating energy.
- The pressure I had been putting on myself was lifted and replaced with higher purpose frequencies of what will work better long term.
- Feelings of helplessness, trauma grids cleared, removed, and replaced with higher purpose blueprints for success, peace, prosperity, love, gentleness, and ease.
What I was shown and learned during my Archangel Crystal Light session from the Seraphim Angel Healing Team
- Having had a lot of struggle throughout my life was allowed so that I would be more prepared for this unprecedented time on earth.
My golden nugget take-aways
- Building trust with yourself comes from trusting how you will respond to anything that comes your way.
- Trusting yourself happens when you understand yourself on a deeper level without blame, shame, or guilt getting in the way.
- True acceptance of yourself means letting go of the outcome for now and understanding it is about learning and growing inch by inch, each day.
- How you cope with stress now doesn’t have to be the same as how you coped with stress in the past.
- Only use the stress coping mechanisms that help you create better health and help you feel more grounded, secure, stable, and peaceful.
- Neglecting the part of yourself that wants to become a better version of you, interferes with you building trust with yourself in a deeper way. It interferes with your success to a large degree.
- If you allow yourself to grow little by little daily, you will see great progress one year from now.
- Allow yourself to make tiny strides towards what you most want.
- What you most want doesn’t have to be classified any certain way, you can set it free… knowing there’s much more available for you to see, do, be, and have.
- Even with the restriction that’s being placed on the world right now from the governments… setting yourself free in own mind with what you are capable of experiencing from within will help you to understand and know on a deeper level, the freedom feeling that is readily available to you from the Divine directly.
- Letting go of the outcome and knowing your purpose daily, of what’s most important for you to do, and focus on help set you internally free.
- Your heart being in the right place means trusting yourself with what you know you need to be doing for you.
Feelings after my Archangel Crystal Light Healing Session
- Light-hearted again
- Deep sigh of relief
- The burden lifted
- I can fully relax now
- Peaceful beyond belief
- Tranquil
- Soothed
- Calm

Many are opening up to the Divine light that has always been available to them but now they are more ready because they realize there is much more to the earth than meets the eye. They are understanding that there are many greater forces at work upon the earth, both light, and dark upon the earth.
They are understanding that much higher Divine light assistance as well is happening at the same time. Your seeds of learning and growth… your opportunities are great at this time.
Much more than you may understand them to be. Be willing to open up to the more of you that’s waiting for you to receive higher Divine instruction for what will help you the most at this time.
Continue to ask and to do your due diligence with your human self as well. You are more capable of what you previously thought yourself to be.
