Empathic Pain Energetically
I’m starting to type out some thoughts, new ideas, and realizations that occur to me during the week to share with all of you as a way to uplift and inspire.
There are so many times I want to share things, but I don’t want to set up my video camera or do a podcast to share, so going back to typing inspired thoughts for a while.
So grateful for all my clients, all the VIP weekly healing members, and the Sunday Night Chakra Cleansing & Blessing with the Archangels participants.
I feel so much of what you all go through because when you receive any of the healing sessions or readings, I empathically receive higher messages for all of you from the Seraphim Angel Healing Team & The Archangels for your healing sessions and readings.
Today I felt heartache in my heart chakra, and I knew it was empathic pain I was picking up on energetically.
Then Jer, my twin-flame, love of my life, told me that Kobe Bryant died tragically in a helicopter crash with his daughter and 7 or 8 others. Everyone in the helicopter crash perished.
Jer thought of how incredibly horrible it would be if he found out his daughter died.
I thought of how blessed I am that my son is alive and well.
I said lots of prayers for all of the family members and everyone who is affected by this tragic event.
I could see how there are many Angels and higher beings of light assisting the crash, the rescue workers, the fans, and the family members.
I can feel how many prayers are happening for all involved from all the fans as well.
Our human bodies are so frail. We do now have superhuman abilities to survive such crashes, although I wish we did.
It causes me to feel that there is a higher purpose for all that happens here on earth.
Each of our souls has a higher calling. I don’t believe our souls would allow us to pass away or exit this world unless it was time or had a higher purpose.
I so appreciate all of you.
May you always listen to your higher self and be in touch with your higher calling. You are worth it.
The time we have on earth is finite.
None of us know how long we have here.
Transcending this physical world’s pain is hard sometimes, I know.
If we are still alive and have our health, we have a lot. That means there’s a higher calling for our lives.
Tonight is the Chakra Cleansing & Blessing with the Archangels teleconference healing live call.
During last week’s healing live call, I could feel how much heaviness and darker negative energy was lifted up and away from everyone.
It’s truly remarkable to feel this for all attendees. I deeply feel how relieved all of you are afterward.
It’s like the old heartache, and pain gets removed so that you all can create from a place of inspiration and new-found hope.
What a relief.
So joyful, I get to share the power of the Archangel Crystal Lights with you all and how powerful the Seraphim Angel Healing Team comes through for all participants.

Dear Sensitive Friends,
Trust your instincts with what you know is best for your body. Take the best care of your physical vehicle, so you don’t need to rely on only western medicine to fix or cure you.
You have the ability to heal yourself with your mind, intentions, nutrition, healthy living and even eastern medicine.
Go find a good Chinese medicine doctor if you are not getting the results you want from western medicine.
Eastern medicine heals the root cause of the issue and doesn’t just put a bandaid on the symptoms.
If you need western medicine, utilize it to the level you want to.
As a sensitive, it’s vitally important you are your own advocate for your health.
Take extra care of the food you ingest.
I believe we can prevent cancer from growing in our body by eating a nutrient-dense diet such as the Nutritarian Diet and by making sure we are taking the supplements our bodies needs.
Also, by living a healthy lifestyle and reducing the amount of chemicals, alcohol, and processed foods we eat has been proven to reduce cancer risk in studies.
Getting a blood panel workup for your nutrient levels can show you some of the nutrients you may be missing or are low in.

If you are a sensitive, it’s even that much more important to be your own advocate concerning what you know is best for your body.
You also have the right to say no thanks to what you feel would have too many negative side effects for your sensitive body and seek out a second and third opinion.
Sometimes the medical world wants to make a blanket approach for everyone.
For sensitives, it’s extra important to take the best care of yourself with what you put into your body each day.
Living a healthy lifestyle goes a long way for empaths because we already have a whole other dimension to us that regular 3D people may not understand. We absorb the negative energy from others.
This is why I do daily Archangel Awakening Crytstal Light Sessions to clear negative energy from my energy body so that I’m not holding onto the world’s stress within my emotional, mental, or spiritual body.
Often empaths end up holding onto or feeling other’s people’s negative energy because they haven’t yet learned to cut cords and decharge that energy out their energy bodies yet.
I usually listen to this audio here to cut cords and let go of other people’s energy out of my auric field and emotional body.
It’s been a lifesaver for me with not allowing other people’s energy to cord into me and cause me undue emotional distress.
That’s what I love about the Archangel Crystal Light Healing Sessions is that I can do a session and Archangel Michael, The Archangels and The Seraphim Angel Healing Team clear other people’s energy from my energy field so that I don’t get bogged down with other people’s emotions for long.
The stress of the world and negative energy get cleared from my emotional, mental, and physical body pretty quickly, thank goodness!
I don’t know what I’d do without them truthfully because this world’s stress gets to be too much at times, honestly.
Releasing undue stress and emotional heaviness is a very healthy thing, especially for a sensitive soul.

Sensitives or empaths need to know that often when they are overly emotional, it may not even be from their stuff having been emotionally triggered.
What can happen is that when an empaths physical body, thus light body encounters a person, location, or situation that has lower level energies or negative energy in it, their light body can get disrupted.
The empaths light body can get weakened or even injured from lower negative energies entering or coming into contact with it.
Even when the empath shakes a person’s hands who’s infiltrated (or infected) with dark energy or negative energy, the empath can get infected with a type of energy that’s very disruptive to their healthy functioning light body (auric field).
It’s likened to a flu virus entering one’s body through contact with the bug. If a person’s immune system isn’t strong enough to fight it off, the flu virus will invade for the time being to reproduce.
Except what happens to many sensitive humans is that these energies can cause havoc in one’s energy field for quite some time or even lay dormant until a trigger activates them.
The empath could get crying spells for no reason or have negative thoughts about oneself or others that seem to take over for a time.
Many sensitive souls can relate to having overwhelming feelings of sadness, anxiety, self-doubt, and stress happen to them out of the blue.
It’s vitally essential that sensitive souls and empaths have a way to cleanse their light body from these harmful dark energy viruses that happen to them from coming in contact with a variety of people, situations, and events in their lives.
When one can’t see their own light body or auric field with their physical eyes often-times, empaths disregard how destructive encountering dark, negative energies can be.
They feel since others wouldn’t believe them, it might not be accurate. Or, they think no one would believe them if they told their friends or family what they were sensing energetically.
