Anxiety Treatment at Home
What I’m about to share is what happened when I received an Archangel Crystal Light Healing Session from home today.
Intention
- Share my Archangel Crystal Light healing session experiences on this blog so that what goes on energetically inside our light bodies (auric field) which cause us pain can be more understood on a conscious level.
Emotions and feelings of pain I felt before my Archangel Crystal Light healing session today
- Tired because my kitty Olive woke me up too early this morning :o(
- Heart racing with more anxiety than normal today
- Brain sleepy
- Physical body holding anxiety
- Lack of focus
What healing took place inside my light body by the Seraphim Angel Healing Team today
- The Seraphim Angel Healing Team lifted up and out this tiny box looking darker thing from my right top head area that had come to the surface for release. This was seeded there from lower energies from my Mom when I was a child (without her knowing this).
- An old trauma grid from childhood was lifted up and out of my heart chakra area from when I received verbal abuse.
- The most beautiful Divine light was brought into my heart chakra that contains the seeds of infinite possibilities within higher crystalline light structures from the Angelic realm so that I can magnetically attract all that is for my highest and best good to me more easily.
- The most beautiful concentric light circles of peace, rejuvenation, rapid healing, replenishment and joy were moving in a circulating pulsating fashion around my entire light body as I was laying on a comforting light table in the Angelic higher realms (while laying in my bed here physically) receiving the Archangel Crystal Light healing session.
What I was shown and learned during my Archangel Crystal Light session from the Seraphim Angel Healing Team
- Darker device or implant type things that are not good for our light bodies, mental, emotional, spiritual or physical health get in our light bodies sometimes from our family members having them first.
- They are used for control quite often from lower energies that are on earth that try to mess with us.
- When I was little and a family member would say something to me to try to make me feel guilty or they were taking their stuff out on me verbally this small darker box type device (that was in my head) would send frequencies throughout my light body to scramble my signal of my direct connection to my soul and the Divine (like a TV that cannot get a signal and is all fuzzy).
- Sometimes family members we grew up with are triggered by lower energies on earth and then in turn when they react out of their trigger with verbal abuse this activates our darker device type stuff in our light body that is similar to theirs (because they both hold similar lower frequencies in them).
- This is happening to most all humans on earth without their conscious awareness.
- Destruction happened upon the earth long ago that caused lower dimensional portals to open up to our world and allow in that which is not of good or God energy. This lower energy does not intend the best for earth, but they need to stay alive and feed off of our light for survival.
- This is why calling in Archangel Michael and Shiva for protection is very important. Archangel Michael and Shiva have agreed to clear lower energies like this from the earth so that we can reach the Divine light again and embody it fully while we walk the earth in this lifetime.
- When strong anxiety is triggered we usually have lower devices, implants or shrapnel looking stuff in our light body that has been activated and needs to be removed by an Angelic team or higher light team who knows how to remove these activated device type things that can be very small, yet can reek havoc on our body systems without us knowing the cause.
- One tiny spec of darker shrapnel that has been activated in our system can cause us to feel chaotic, scattered, sick or weak without us knowing the cause.
- The darker type energies do not want us to know they even exist on earth because they like to set off these old seed darker seeded things in us so they can feed off of our light through fear.
- When we have these darker type things on our energy field (even in the deepest of layers) if they are not removed, after they are triggered, we end up magnetically attracting the same frequency of trauma, pain and chaotic situations in our life that these lower darker seeded things hold in them. Our Divine light, our God light from where we came from is not these darker type energies.
- Humans began thinking “they are bad” long ago, because these darker type things that are activated within our energy system don’t want us to reach our full empowered state.
- Higher crystalline light structures brought in from the Angelic realm can replace the darker trauma grids, devices, implants and shrapnel once they removed by a team of Divine light specialists so that all that is good for us will be magnetically attracted to us through our heart chakra.
My golden nugget take-aways
- When I suddenly get into an “anxiety ridden” state allow the Seraphim Angel Healing Team to work on me and remove all the darker shrapnel stuff that has been activated within my energy system so they can replace it with the most calming peaceful healing light crystalline frequencies.
- Crystalline light frequencies from the Seraphim Angel Healing Team contain light codes from Divine Mother designed with my soul’s permission to bring me all that is for my highest and best good.
- There’s nothing to fear with any of the darker energies upon the earth because Divine light is much more powerful than any darkness that exists on this planet.
- I felt deep forgiveness happening within me, letting me know that I am not to blame for some of the decisions I have made while in an anxiety ridden, fearful state in my past. The beauty that came from those intense anxiety states was that I was led to continuously ask for more assistance from the Angelic higher realms of light.
Feelings after my Archangel Crystal Light Healing Session today
- Hope
- Exuberance
- New ideas were given to me to implement that bring me a joyful freedom feeling inside
- Peace at my core again
- Sweet innocence (which is the essence of who we truly are)

It is my honor to serve you in this way and shield you from that which is not God, that which is not good for you. You are being energized today for peace to prevail in your future. Allow yourself to receive this healing light from me and Archangel Raphael at this time and while you sleep tonight. Brighter times are ahead for you as you do.”
