Energy healing happens differently than most people wish it would.

If someone has been suppressing things for years and has just now began their healing journey (or maybe they have been at a for most of their adult life) it rarely happens where one gets an energy healing and they will feel completely better with every health issue resolved in only 1 session.

Health issues have taken an entire lifetime to manifest from the subtle energy bodies getting out of whack.

Often, issues come to the surface to be cleared up and out, to be uprooted, so that the new healthy blueprints can anchor in. .

I feel as long as we are on this earth we will be releasing the old layers and so will Mother Earth probably.

We are so connected to Mother Earth, we are helping her do this as we clear our old stuff.

A healing doesn’t cure us of anything. The old layers come up for release to be lifted up and out into the light, so our bodies natural energy flow can happen again.

The theory behind energy healing is that the body develops blockages in its energy field and disease or imbalances are the result.

Energy healings are designed to eliminate those blockages so that energy can flow more freely through the body.

From my experience, energy healing is not like taking a pill and the pain is numbed out or suppressed for the time being.

Each Archangel Crystal Light Energy Healing has quantifiable releasing for what you are ready for at that time. If you are not primed for certain parts of your healing process, it will not happen during that session. Our soul knows best.

Your soul may want a deep-rooted trauma to be uprooted 6 months from now, instead of now because there is new circuitry and wiring to do in your crown chakra, heart center and earth chakra first so you are stronger and more deeply rooted in your higher self in order to be ready for the big energetic transformations later.

After each healing it is time to do your inner work with the angels and ask them questions like, “What is most important for you to learn at this time based on the releasing that they just helped you with? and What are the highest and best next steps you can take?”
.
I lay under the crystal lights twice a day usually for a year and a half now and I still have layers, old issues come up, old patterns and even old body pain at times. I understand this is a normal part of the process.

One must go through the pain, fear, doubt, anger and frustration in order to get to the other side to ideal health, joy, happiness and freedom.
.
Ask yourself what are the emotions you are going through trying to teach you?

I am not attached to the outcome of complete perfection within myself.
.
I embrace my imperfect self to a large degree now because I know that is what human life is about… I am here to be in the sometimes painful process of human evolution at this time.

Not pushing away any emotions, self-judgement, body pain, pissed-offness, or regret, but embracing and integrating all aspects of self into wholeness, into the light, into love again.

Giving all parts of self… LOVE.

No one said this earth experience would be easy.

However, with Divine assistance our process of healing can be much easier.

We came here to bring the Divine to into human form.

If I am not embracing the misconceptions in my view points (the old inner pain parts of self I may have tossed to the side) and assisting those parts to become more light, then I am forgetting why I came here in the first place.

Most importantly, if I am not bringing my old pain, abandoned, lost parts of self up to be healed by Divine Light, I don’t feel I am assisting Mother Earth & all of humanity to be able to do the same.
.
If you do not have the results you want now, then there are more old layers to heal.
.
It is always about going deeper, not avoiding the pain, but going to the core of the hurt, so Divine light can transform it and lift you higher.
.
It will be lifelong for many of us, for as long as we are on earth there may be healing to do.
.
This is a good thing.
.
For in knowing how the process of healing works within ourselves we are able to assist others.
.
There is not a 1 healing fixes all for our health issues usually.
.
Healing is a continual process.
.
It is an excavating.
.
A bringing up of all the old layers, bringing them to the light to heal.
.
There’s no need to wait, only to listen and write down your next steps from the angels, from The Divine.
.
See what you are to do next…maybe it is only to BE.
.
Rest, play, go deep, integrate more of the dark into the light… heal.

This is the process of true unfoldment.

I never expected all my health issues to resolve with a single healing with my healings I used to receive from an amazing healer named Tara last year.
.
Did old stuff come up with each healing?
.
Heck yeah!
.
I took full responsibility for my healing and knew I needed to embrace it from all angles.
.
Sometimes I’d get guidance to take a new supplement to help me sleep better. It worked!
.
Sometimes I’d receive intuition I needed to see an actual physician, an MD. So I’d go.
.
I still don’t expect the Galactic Medical Team to resolve all my issues (under the crystal lights) that have taken me a lifetime to create.
.
I often still receive guidance I need to spend more time in nature. So I do.
.
It will be an unfolding of tiny next steps in your now.
.
Try not to be attached to any outcome, but only to embracing and love all parts of yourself, even the old stuff that comes up you wish you would have resolved long ago.

If things have manifested as health issues for you, than all the more reasons to fully LOVE and embrace the aspects of your life you wish were different.

Trusting the process and Loving What Is helps grow you into who you were meant to become.

Which is not perfection. It is you loving you just as you are.
